You can start submitting loans to Mortgage Mart immediately. Accreditation needs only to be in place to enable payment of commissions at settlement.

Direct Accreditation Requirements

1. Evidence of a ACL or ACR licencing
2. Completed and signed sub-origination agreement
3. Full copy of your current Professional Indemnity Insurance (Minimum $2Mill)
4. Evidence of a Dispute Resolution Scheme AFCA
5. Evidence of Membership to either FBAA or MFAA
